Studio 1 : Tuesdays
Artmaking with a twist...
For ages 6-10+ - $125. per 6 week session

Jan. 24th thru Feb. 28th :  "White is..."
We'll explore the colour wheel, form, rhythm, temperature and even the sounds of colour through paint, papier mache and performance!

March 21st thru April 25th : 
"Weather Report"
We'll draw, paint, perform and otherwise very creatively particpate in our weather through artmaking!

May 9th thru June 13th :
 Drawing and Design Club
We'll draw, design, create and invent things that make sounds and/or have moving parts!  We will be learning how to use some power tools...No saws! (Goggles provided).

Free choice time and materials always included.

Studio 2 : Wednesdays
Steam Workshops continue...
Exploring aspects of science and nature, through
inventiveness, imagination, and creativity.
Free choice time and materials always included.
$125. per 6 week session
For ages 8-12 

Jan 25th thru March 1st: We'll draw, paint and invent objects that convey rhythm and contrast, and work with colour as an element of design.
March 22nd thru April 26th: We'll explore the weather through drawing, painting, and technology explorations, as we artfully map our experiences.
May 10th thru June 14th: Drawing and Design Club
We'll focus on drawing, design, and inventing things that are interactive and/or moving parts!  We'll brainstorm ways to make our inventions useful, make practical and speculative sketches, and learn how to use some power tools (No saws! Goggles provided!). As with all ArtClubs, we'll practice how to present and support our ideas.

March Break Studio 2017
All-day Artmaking on
Tues. Mar 14th and Wed. March 15th

Please join us over March Break!!
On Day 1 we will make Astral Slime, explore 3-D forms from 2-D shapes, draw, paint and try to imagine space and newly discovered planets.
On Day 2 we will continue our explorations through pop-up forms, relief monoprinting & assemblage, and make books to share our thinking, stories and work!
Please join us for one or both days!

9-4 ... $115.
$60 per day/$45 per half day
All materials included.
Before and Aftercare is available - additional fee may apply ($5-$10 depending)

FreshOrange Studio creates opportunities to invent, imagine and
collaborate in artmaking, for all ages and skill levels.
Facilitated by artist Sylvie Treu Walsh, the Studio's aim is to support
and foster imaginative, skilled and informed participation in culture.
Sylvie loves to work with groups and individuals to help
bring engaging artmaking to the community.
